Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
Welcome to Ludus Weekends, organized by We Are The They LLC ("WATT"). These events are designed to create transformative experiences for all participants. By registering and attending, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which ensure a safe, respectful, and enriching environment for everyone involved.

2. Purpose of Ludus Events
Ludus Weekends are immersive retreats that focus on adventure, personal growth, and building meaningful connections. Participants will engage in carefully curated activities designed to challenge and inspire, all within a supportive and structured setting.

3. Code of Conduct
To ensure a positive experience, all participants are expected to:
- Treat others with respect and professionalism.
- Adhere to event schedules and instructions provided by facilitators.
- Refrain from any disruptive or unsafe behavior.

WATT reserves the right to remove any participant who violates this code of conduct without refund.

4. Participant Responsibilities
By attending a Ludus event, you agree to:
- Be physically and mentally prepared for all scheduled activities.
- Notify event organizers of any relevant medical conditions or special needs before the event.
- Be proactive in fostering a supportive and collaborative atmosphere.

5. Assumption of Risk
Participants acknowledge that Ludus events may involve activities with inherent risks, such as physical challenges and outdoor adventures. By attending, you voluntarily assume all associated risks.

6. Release of Liability
In consideration of being permitted to participate, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless WATT, Jimmy Rex, and all associated parties from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses sustained during the event, regardless of cause.

7. Indemnification
You further agree to indemnify WATT, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates against any claims or actions arising from your participation, including attorney’s fees and related costs.

8. Media Release
By participating in Ludus events, you grant WATT permission to capture and use photographs, videos, or audio recordings for promotional purposes without compensation.

9. Refund and Cancellation Policy
All registrations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If WATT cancels an event, you will be offered a rescheduled date or a refund at WATT’s discretion.

10. Confidentiality
Participants may gain access to private or sensitive information during Ludus events. You agree not to disclose such information without prior consent.

11. Restrictions: The Member is prohibited from (a) accessing or using the Program in an unlawful or unauthorized manner; (b) posting or disseminating offensive or obscene information or content through the Program; (c) using other member contact information for purposes other than those intended by the Program, including soliciting or pitching business opportunities to other members; (d) harassing other members or WATT personnel; (e) except for social media posts of a personal and general nature, publishing or distributing WATT content, products, services, or brands; (f) offering a service, group, or program that competes with the Program during the Term and for a period of one (1) year thereafter in any of the territories where WATT operates; (g) soliciting other members to join a competing service, group, or program during the Term and for a period of two (2) years thereafter; (h) circumventing or disabling any content protection system or digital rights management technology used within the Program; (i) decompiling, reverse engineering, disassembling or otherwise reducing any elements of the Program; (j) exploiting or creating derivative works of any elements of the Program except as expressly authorized in the Agreement or by WATT in writing; (k) removing identification, copyright, or other proprietary notices of the Program; (l) introducing a virus or other harmful component into the Program, or otherwise tampering with, impairing, or damaging any technical aspects of the Program; (m) accessing, monitoring, or copying any element of the Program using a robot, spider, scraper or other automated means; (n) or distributing, selling, reselling, or making commercial use of the Program without an executed agreement with WATT that expressly allows for such activity.

12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state where the event is held.

13. Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

14. Acknowledgment of Understanding
By completing your registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. You also acknowledge that participation is entirely voluntary and that you’ve had the opportunity to seek advice about these terms if needed. may be reasonably adopted or updated from time to time.
